Returns Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request while calling us out manager within 7 days.

For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are duffel bags, innerwear, and overseas products.

If you mistakenly ordered an item and now want to return it. You will have to contact the cargo service to make a return.

Note: The delivery charges will be paid by the customer in this case.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in layer of mart4smart packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box

NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
